Juliana “Juls” O’Neill helps families protect what matters most: their loved ones and the legacy they are building. Her career began in family law, where she handled divorce and custody cases and saw firsthand the financial and emotional challenges families face without clear planning. Those experiences inspired her to focus on estate planning, helping families prepare for the future rather than reacting to crises.
Today, Juls works with individuals, couples, and growing families to create thoughtful, proactive estate plans that safeguard loved ones, preserve assets, and provide peace of mind. Her background in family law gives her a unique sensitivity to personal and family dynamics, allowing her to guide clients with both insight and compassion.
Clients value Juls’ approachable style and careful attention to their goals. She takes the time to listen, explain options clearly, and design plans that reflect each family’s unique needs and priorities.
Juliana received her J.D. from Wake Forest University after receiving her B.A. from Hillsdale College. She is licensed to practice in Virginia and Washington, DC.
Juls lives in Manassas with her husband and their son, enjoying the quiet of life in the woods near the Occoquan River. In their free time, they enjoy exploring National Parks, visiting family in Michigan, and cheering on the Washington Nationals and Commanders.
